The pool was already there – what was missing was somewhere to actually spend time. The existing garden furniture offered little comfort and even less visual connection with the rest of the property; it looked more randomly assembled than planned.
We integrated the existing furniture into a new concept and added high-quality, weatherproof seat pads designed to last outdoors. Cushions in graduated shades of blue with graphic patterns set targeted accents without disturbing the clean lines of the white seating modules.
A consistent colour concept visually links the lounge with the interior design of the house: the same blues already used in the living area reappear here in a weatherproof finish, so that inside and outside read as one coherent whole.
A plain pool area has thus become a place where you genuinely want to spend a whole afternoon – in daylight by the pool, and just as much in the evening under the retractable awning.
