Frequently asked questions
Can I use the images in a property listing?
Yes. Virtually staged images must be recognisable as such in a listing. That is why our images carry a discreet “virtually staged” note (cf. EU AI Act, Art. 50).
Do the floor and windows stay unchanged?
Yes, unless you choose “Finish bare shell”. The AI then adds plastered walls and a finished floor.
Are my photos stored?
No. Photos and results are held in memory only for processing and discarded after 30 minutes at most. Processing runs on our own hardware in Germany.
